Click above to start a return for U.S. orders. You will be asked for your Order Number and email address.

From the products shown on the page, choose the product(s) you wish to return. Please note – products and orders outside of our return window of 30 days (from the purchase date) may not be available for returns.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed after you shipped return items. Once the returned products arrive at our distribution center, we will inspect the products and process the refund within 15 business days.  Please note – due to shipping delays and social distancing at our Distribution Center, returns may take longer to process.

U.S. Return Policy and Exchange Policy

Items are eligible to be returned so long as the order was placed within 30 days from the time of return*. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Only products purchased from misshaus.com can be returned to us. If the product you wish to return was not purchased through misshaus.com, please contact the place of purchase for a resolution. To get full refund, the products must be returned in their original packaging with unused and unopened conditions. Products designated as “outlet”, “final sale” or “limited” are not returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you received damaged or defective outlet, final sale or limited items, please directly contact us (support@missha.zendesk.com). In case the returned products are found opened or used during the screening process, we reserve the right to decide on the returned products. For returns regarding allergies, we will need to have photo proof of allergy.  Please note that if items are returned with incorrect return reasons through pre-paid labels, you will be responsible for shipping/handling fee of $7.99 and it will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions regarding return reasons and process, please contact us at  support@missha.zendesk.com  before processing returns. Please make sure to include your order number and the name of the item you are returning in the email.

*We are not responsible for lost/damages for return process.

Reward point return

Rewards points earned on a product being returned will be deducted from your account. If you redeemed your rewards points to buy an item and then return it, reward points to be returning to your account if full refund has processed to your order. For partial refund, we are not able to do partial reward points return to your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund/Reward points in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
